This anger management course will help you to understand what anger is and what it is not. Anger can become a problem when it starts to control us and we find ourselves getting angry over things that are not worth being angry about. When this happens, it can be hard to manage your anger. There are many different ways of managing your anger and this course will help you improve yourself.

About The Author


Sophia is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Sophia is a trained family therapist and has gone on to obtain certification in treating trauma and ADHD. Sophia takes a collaborative approach to counseling. Sophia created this community academy to provide affordable mental health resources to the community.
